Since 2015 operating in the International market, the Sustain Charcoal has been manufacturing and exporting the best type of charcoal (Eurofila “Eucalipto”), with ovens located in the state of Minas Gerais, in the southeastern region of Brazil. Our charcoal has a great durability with fast burning, hardly produces smoke and is very economical, ideal for family reunions and to promote a great barbecue day, also very used in steakhouses. We guarantee the efficiency and economy of a quality product.

The Company

After the coal selection process, our team packages the product in bags of 7kg, 8kg and / or 9kg. We stuff the “40'HC” containers and transport them to the port of Rio de Janeiro (484km or 7h 55 min) or Salvador (694km or 11h 40 min), where the entire customs process takes place, after all the documentation check and weighing the container, the product is parameterized in a green channel and cleared by douane to proceed to the destination port.

In this process, is very important to work with strong bags, 3 sheets and be very careful when transporting the containers, avoiding product damage and extra costs for cleaning the containers at the destination.

PLANNING

After booking the ships, our logistics team focuses on planning to work safely and efficiently, anticipating possible “bottlenecks” and delays in product deliveries.

FOLLOW UP

We update our customers during all stages of the export process, from stuffing the containers to the port of destination, fulfilling our responsibility.
